Hi everyone! I am Rocki(real name Hope). I am totally bored right now so I am just writing a blog about the things I do when I am bored an maybe some of my methods would help you! EXERCISING Exercising an actually help a lot ! You can jog in place or take walk or you could even play with your pet! unfortunately mine is a stuffed rabbit. Anyway yoga could help you reduce stress and help you relax. COOKING You'd be surprised but cooking actually helps to unlock new ideas you would want to try. When you cook the next time your bored you can just tryout the new recipe ideas you thought of so you wont be bored! I know right! I never new vegetables could make you feel better but whatever....... and this is coming from a salad girl! DANCING Yep! said dancing. Put on some music and dance like nobody's watching! of course no one will since you'll shut the windows, close the curtains and lock the door! just kidding but it is an option. It helps you relax and you might find out your good! GET CREATIVE You can write stories , letters, poems, songs and even draw or design! Getting creative includes a lot of things. You can make stuff and think of new ideas or activities . Writing, singing and dancing are my thing! I am also really obsessed with online games! I only have one ore that I am aware of right now and it is SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nah its is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy important to sleep! I am truly sorry if it didn't help.
