I used ms paint/ms word and http://www.ribbet.com/ Just combined a picture of myself with a worn material overlay and some roses I found online haha. If you upload a picture to ribbet, and then "upload a photo" into your "photo basket" at the bottom of the screen and while you have the second picture selected choose "advanced blend modes" and chance it to "lighten" "multiply" or "overlay" I don't really know what I'm doing, I just explore different features and textures and layers and stuff lol (: Oh and you can also use the eraser tool and set the brush hardness to about 20 (or more of less depending on personal preference) and then erase the edges of the second photo to blend it on top of the first.
This was the picture that I used, and roughly edited my blemishes out lol xD
