i used the inspiration pic wholly as a reference (though i changed some parts)
i hope its okay
Good job! I have chose to create a little picture to help me explaining.

First, where i have placed red dots i would add a bit of the shirt. Right now the lines above the breasts are very straight, and does not follow the shape of the breasts.

Secondly your shadows are very rough, and seems to have some miss placed pixels. The areas where i think it is most visible, i have drawn some green lines.

In addition i would add an outline, but this is mostly my taste.
thank you, i will remember this for next time!
You could also consider to improving on this one :)

is this better??
It is much better!
But i would suggest less shadows on the bottom line, as i don't know what would make any shadow there.

this is horrible i appologise
I really like the idea ^^
But i think you should use some darker shadows, and maybe also light highlights. Hightlight would mainly be on the breasts, and shadows below them, in the sides.
I also think it would be better with a bit darker outline.
On the breasts you have a line across, i think it is supposed to be a sewing? If that is the case, i would make the line thinner.

Here's my top

How do I make it bigger without ruining it?
First, i don't know how to make it bigger..

The design have some nice folds in the bottom, and fine placement of shadows.
But it seems like you have highlight just under the breast shadow, which i think there should not be. Here i would make the transition smoother.
In addition i would add some darker shadows, mainly in the side where you already have shadows. Just make some of it a bit darker.

Post this again, better picture.... ugh. it's so hard
You should think a bit on where the lights come from when you design.
Typically it is a bit from the top, and from the front. This means there will be more lights these places. On this shirt i would put more lights on the shoulders and breasts, and put more shadows under the breasts.
you can find some pictures of more different tops, to see where the lights and shadows are placed.

First of all, it is really sweet!
I think the main improvement you could do is to add some darker shadows in the folds. As you can see on the two example pictures, there are a few places where the shadow get way darker than the rest.
In addition you could try add a single pixel wide outline to the top, in a bit darker color. This is more a matter of taste, but i think it will make the top stand more out.
Oh, and it looks like you have scaled the shirt a bit up.
I would prefer to see it in the original size.
ı will try to get it back to the original size X3 and yeah ı have problems with dark shadows T^T ı will try to fix it :3
