DIET?? I prefer not to ... DIET makes us more and more hungry
STEPS 1. Don't think of something that make you fat, think that all the food are good for you (Go, Glow and Grow) 2. Don't avoid the food that make you very want to eat yet you choose not because you want to be thin, instead love them and enjoy them. 3. Drink water, you can drink softdrinks or any as long you enjoy it, but wine? wine makes your food digest easily instead of softdrinks ... I prefer to drink wine, 4. POOP get your waste remove and makes you loss weight
SCHEDULE BREAKFAST - something sweet it gives you energy in your day (not too small not too big) with TEA, milk or wine. LUNCH - eat fish (sushi, salmon, as long its seafoods) or meat ,but not sweet and junk foods with water or wine
SUPPER - eat single of fruits like apple, pine apple, it helps you to control you eager in eating sweets before sleeping drink some tea: a tea that makes you poop when you wakeup.
