Sometimes! I think they wouldn't constantly get flagged as wrong if they treated their user base like adults.

staffs existing bad reputation for handling all situations, keeps them in the fire, so it won't take much to get the user base upset

it makes no sense!!! they seem allergic to just taking the right steps...you would think communicating BEFORE the angry mob comes would be a priority

even after 3 years of the same cycle they still only speak up if they get dragged for a week straight first lmao

Gomila, a staff memeber  who i believe was head of staff (admin basically) and is now an owner of another dress up site. they purged the forums so i can't find  what exactly happened, but they fired her and then didn't want to give her, her severance even though she (if i remember correctly) needed it for maternity leave...it was a very big thing and they were silencing anyone who spoke on it. all sorts of stuff 

that was 2.0's first major scandal i think
