We're going to discuss the guestbook rule a little more. At the moment, if you include an English translation with your post, I would consider it to be fine. I do understand how a birthday message in someone's native language can be much more meaningful.

This rule is different depending on servers. For EN, battling yourself is against the rules since the other account is your own. When it comes to letting someone win, we'll allow it mostly because it would be too hard to control on our end. If there is an agreement among the users, both users can win when battling in comparison to one.
