yes, but ... there's history between many members of the english dt and my try to make it more efficient in my opinion
but as we don't all share the same opinion about how serious we take jobs on game sites, we never got on the same page
and I feel like some people may still resent me for the initiative I took by saying we don't work well, let's change a few of our biggest issues
plus, I doubt this post here is much related about the issues I was having with the inner workings of inter-server relations (or at least, only one or two points will be reworked, the others don't really need to be reworked if we don't have a serverwide team instead of the three different ones

Yeah this is for a while different matter in relation to how we run our DT account mostly.

At current as a larger server we do support the German and Dutch servers when requested and always cover without fail (I think we haven't been able to once or twice but it's more success then not).

(Also, is it just me or does having TWO teams on hiatus just feel... Bad. I haven't been here in a while so take this with a grain of salt, but I REALLY feel like there needs to be another team election/purge like there was right before I left. Teams are pretty much the primary thing keeping the site running, and having 2/4 or 5? go on break with little to no prior warning just throws everything off tilt)

I wouldn't fret over it taking more than a couple weeks and after this, it will continue (maybe the alterations will be visible for the community, maybe for the community there won't be any noticeable changes, I can't tell)

With any luck it won't be more than a week or 2 but we didn't want people trying to submit in that time period and fail to get a response.

It can defiantly be in consideration - but I think due to the number of people we have already, we should be able to work around it without having to take anyone else on board. ENDT is a beefy team as it is (being the largest team I think in all of VP).
