It can defiantly be in consideration - but I think due to the number of people we have already, we should be able to work around it without having to take anyone else on board. ENDT is a beefy team as it is (being the largest team I think in all of VP).
It doesn't matter if your team is huge if nobody on it is doing anything. Start booting the people who don't do the work. 

Jesus Jess for the last YEAR I have been giving you really good advice about how to run a massive team on a website I am probably one of the most qualified people to do this on VP and you just straight ignored my advice for a YEAR.

I agree its large but having one or two members who are *not* designers, and solely on the team as some sort of 'maintenance' would be something that could really benefit the team! It would allow the other members of the team to get on with what they joined for - designing - while the messaging part is taken care of by someone else. Plus its design team, I don't think it matters too much if it's the biggest team because that just means they get to upload their own work instead of you or someone else doing it for them

We, as a team, have chosen to take a break from the submission part, while we adjust our process. We deem this will make it more efficent for us to decide and ajust properly. This might be inconvient for those who wish to submit designs, but hopefully you will bear over with us for a short while.

As mentioned earlier, this will only affect the uploading and sorting of messages by unofficial designers (NonDs). Any production of designs will not cease over the course of the next two weeks and we're happy for unofficial designers to send their creations to the other teams during this period. We are also happy for any designers who do not wish to send their creations to the other teams to resend their creations to the Designer Team once this is resolved.

We do not expect this to affect the amount of designs commening in game.
