if something seems messed up or odd, assume it's not purposeful because 99.9% of the time it's not. when u think ur getting ignored or that a team member doesn't care, you're wrong because in reality they're waiting responses in discord trying to arrange and fix everything as fast as possible
because the tea is bitches are humans! when ppl put in work to do an event, write a blog, write a forum idgaf what it is, you should ACT accordingly because these are volunteers trying to create fun on the website and from my own personal experience (and what i've caught off a few others) it's so incredibly hurtful to put effort into something and have it effectively shat on, kinda makes you think why are you bothering?

at this point i dont really know what im saying specifically but the general gist stays the same, be kind to the team members of EVERY team who run this site because without them, what rlly is there? n if u can do anything like run an extra mile to not only join comp but to read a blog, an article, what a yt video or participate in a forum then do it because it rlly boosts morale for that person in the team whos literally on doing it for fun
anyways, this is a lot n i know 99% of y'all dont wanna read that much (neither would i) but yeah take issues up in the DMs please!!!!! and be nice bcuz its very motivating <3333
