 I don’t think it’s okay, that females only get codes and males get nothing. 

so every time we females get a code, then should males also get one

Very! Since this weekend when we got a lot of codes and males got nothing, I feel bad for them. None of us will complain over free stuff, but seriously I feel bad for males and I want this to be fair as possible.
