I was getting a new pan and my mom offered to buy it for me and I was like:
No, it will be the first cookware I buy for myself, it's special, go wait at the exit.
But do you ever truly feel like an adult? I feel like most of these things here suggest that you are an adult the moment you don't care for silly gadgets or toys anymore. Like as soon as necessities become fun, bam, adulthood.
My dad always sais that hee feels like at some point, you just grow older and learn more stuff, but you basically still feel the same. Being an adult means exchanging your toys for new ones, that seem more socially acceptable in your age category. But deep down, we still feel the same sillyness, fear and insecurity when it comes to life like we did when we were 14.
