Yeah ok I used that one n I need 1900 to maintain (probably a bit more since I put no exercise but im in the kitchen 3 days a week for 7 hours walking around) but I was like. Uhhh. The weird things is, I ate like 500-1000 a day for a long time, then I went up to 1500 (same as I eat now) n I didn't gain any weight, before like 2 years after n now I suddenly way 10kg more lol even tho I have eaten the same as always n now im just maintaining at that weight n im just ?.? What what what

no it's not good for ur stomach.. if it's possible i really encourage muscle training which will make that u can eat as u do now but your body will use more energy everyday in general (even when u sleep cuz muscles needs power even then)..

eating less than you need despite taking vitamins and iron will mean you'll die at some point because of malnutrition
eating less than what is claimed to be the amount to maintain weight if you want to reduce your weight by nutrition alone and not move more than you already do, then yes, obviously that's how you do it
but the danger of starting to eat less, because you don't want to move more, is that you will it too little and move even less to keep your energy levels high. it's also very far from the healthy way you seem to envision

yea like my rule is not to go below 1200 and also with the calorie problem hhm thats hella weird. I know from other people they weight and  track their foods to see whats causing the problem but also like I highly suggest a nutritionist like they know whats up and especially  with a past of ed

Yes ouff I probably should as I hav 0 muscle ajajaja but I am like I hate exercising bwahhhhh its so horrible I cannot, mby if my mom wants to join me at the gym again

yeah, in that case obviously. though I wouldn't go too much into numbered detail, because although they are good as a guidance, if you never calculate how much you actually need to maintain (because depending on how much you move/exercice per day, it will vary extremely from person to person), they can actually be super harmfull
though the easiest way would be to just  make sure you "need" more and keep eating the same (like Saintal said)
especially if the question is on how to do it healthily

I don't think so little that I die but like around 1000-1200 yes (tho the problem I get when putting a limit n tracking my food is that I even feel bad if I go up to the limit, very stupid but das another problem) I wish I had a weight slider like on sims

i love badminton and climbing, but since it's not the cheapest things i go tthe gym heh, which is fine... i'm glad u like yoga though! i'm bad at everything that requires one to be calm and shit

I like that rowing machine anyway n the leg press machine mby but when it comes to my arms they get dead after doing anything so I hate doing arm stuff yes

eh I find the number part important, I was never taught basic nutrition or portion sizing so while I first started I had to weight things and count things because if I went off my own feelings I would have never lost weight and like I said its a starting point
