noo he lives at my mums house and i moved out almost 2 years ago now, and she doesnt want to. she would like to get a dog at some point, but she has been sort of stuck caring for the bunnies for the past 8 years bc they require so much attention and care, so she wants to live a pet free life for a while before committing to a new pet

i would love to get a cat or some pet at my apartment but i live in a studio and i spend my time 50/50 at my place and my bfs so it isnt a good time rn unfortunately. i think i would like to have bunnies again one day though 
I really want to get a bunny when I move out but also pets are so much work

yes soooo much work and especially bunnies  when we first got milo i was 15 and had been begging for a dog for 2 years, so at that point i was desperate for any pet and thought maybe a rabbit would be less work, so i started asking for that instead and my mum said ok to it. we had noooo idea what we were getting ourselves into, and in retrospect a dog might have been easier lmao. but i am so happy that i have had milo for 8 years, literally could not have asked for a better pet. he truly was a test rabbit tho as we were learning first hand how to care for bunnies lmao

ah i just saw now, thank you for your condolences! i believe he has had a good life, he had 5 good years with his best friend and we have tried to make the past 6 months as comfortable for him as we could. it sucks to lose pets, but unfortuantely there's nothing to do about it 😔 rn he is happy, so im happy
