i'm in the middle of switching doctors at my psych clinic, the new doctor seems to be away pretty much all the time (i've tried to get a an appointment asap for 2-3 months now), and my assigned psych nurse skipped our last call and hasn't answered my text messages.
the meeting idea sounds good, i'm going to try something like that and also use our collective diary to maybe get some thoughts from the alters that don't front a lot/at all.

I think its whats best for the whole system and you guys need to agree on that. Like Raquelle said it's easier to see what was wrong in a relationship when you're out of it
