well when you go through rental companies, you're paying for so much more, they have tons of properties to maintain and keep insurance on, maintenance staff, etc.
whereas if someone just has a handful of houses or trailers they usually just have some guy who lives in one of them fix shit and get a rent discount lolol

me and dougs last place was above a store that sells board games and on fridays they had magic the gathering events and it would be noisy until midnight but it was kind of fun to like go out to the parking lot and talk to alll the nerds but aside from fridays like the business clooses at seven and then theres no noise to bother us and also we can make noise withought bothering anyone
