i try when i want to lose weight but the effort isnt worth it. i would rather spend my time on somtehing else

the last time i counted calories i almost died bc i ate way too little and just kept puking for 6 hours while trying to keep myself awake so i don't like.... choke <3333 and then i had to take some time off from work bc my throat hurt from the puking and i felt very sick in general

so no i don't count them anymore bc it's way too easy to be like ahh yes 666 a funny number what about 333 what about only this banana for a day yes funny hahah

idk. i only ate a banana in the morning and then just kept puking some liquid stuff the next morning for 6 hours. idk i just remember my stomach hurting like hell and feeling very off. i wanted to throw up a little bc somehow my paranoid brain thought yes skinny yes but then just kept doing that for hours
