if u eat less than ur bmr u will lose weight, u might have a fucked up ur forbrenning and then i guess it wont be very affective until u restore it i think, you shoudlnt eat much less than ur bmr tho cause then u will starve, also eating frequently and healthy is good of course, i know weight training is good for fixing ur forbrenning and also eating frequently i think
