and in general period and migraines make it worse together
those pills are proven to be shit with migraines but yeee
which is why I'm happy I'm not taking pills with estrogen lol
Idk mine r better now after I switched to stronger pills

Yes obv, the ones I had previously was both estrogen and progesterone too, but im on stronger ones now (so idk, more estrogen and progesterone I guess lol) but it helped

Yes, I think it mostly helps cus I can skip my period for rlly long now, but I couldn't skip on my previous ones cus the dose was too low so I just started bleeding anyway, and less periods, less migraines

I want a pillow that never gets warm, cold pillows are the best thing when i have migraine.
