Ooo, this would fun to take on, also in tems of your reading. Only reading what you have or what you can get for free or lent!

im actually trying to do "no buy" thing right now. i managed to not get subscription for my most played mobile game which costs about 70 liras a month. i dont shop at all and im currently in a reading slump so i dont buy books too. only thing i failed was to not buy coffee. im a coffee addict and i cant stop buying expensive coffee.

i think its possible if you remind yourself that you dont need that one thing and you can use the money for a travel for example instead. save save save!

If someone is thinking about doing this for any amount of time, or just playing with the idea, don't be afraid to hmu to chat about it.

i basically do it already. though the only reason why i've been buying stuff is because i need it, like basic garments i need to substitute as they're old already

I've definitely cut down on my consumption over the years but I'm not close to no buy

Yes, I reread some books this fall and just a small break in always being on top of new releases was an experience I learned a bit from.

uhm I should do this for next year esp with clothing and shoes...I think I've managed to buy enough of those for the next 2 years to come xd like deadass bought too many things im not even enjoying on wearing anymore but like I can't just throw them away so ill force myself to wear them out lol
coffee is an essential at this point so im not gonna cut it out (also its cheap at my uni, like 1,5€ so its def acceptable id say) but maybe less eating in the cafeteria so I can cook cheaper for myself at home :x

now that im writing this down, I realize how much money id actually save and could use to travel and do other fun stuff aka socializing
