Well they obviously can't do their job properly in this environment nor are they motivated enough to actually take care of stuff
They are just doing their job but the execution is horrible, they don't communicate and they have different ideas of the rules and what's worth giving a warning about and what's not, clearly
Being a mod is not a fun job to have literally anywhere
they why apply 
why stay
why not let people that are actually wanting and willing to do so and better?

they CLAIM

there have been SO many threads about the rival site
took them 30 pages to close it and that ONLY when pointed out
any other language thread got locked
we heard about people with a banner not in English (not in Hebrew, anything else) that never got any warning, why?
nooo i mean that they are doing their job but very often they're nitpicking stuff that doesn't matter because of the rules and poor group communication and management etc
i do think its weird to point out the banner that has hebrew in it and no other banners with different languages
i agree with you, they are being inconsistent and its not good
but then again we all know veepee is a biased website so if the rules or people are bothering, i recommend just going away and doing something else
