like idk how true that 40% statistic that gets talked about is but like policing isn’t trauma informed and a lot of cops literally abuse women so cops are good because they help women is not the take you think it is

oh yea agree... i also feel western parents who adopt asian kids and then refuse to teach them the language/culture of their heritage are a red flag. it's giving white ppl trying to 'civilize' 'savage' people vibes

I agree abt the animal thing, I also think it (usually) is visible "stupidity" coming out of climate parties etc. Like kind of the same passion w them as in the animal shelters etc, but its usually done in such a weird/bad/impossible way its just like ?? Ok ? What

i don't know enough about animal rescue to have an opinion on that, but yes it's interesting how (previously) communist / far left countries now tend to be conservative

Sarah everard was British. But you’re right that I don’t have a very global perspective on policing. I wonder if the amount of trauma my nation has faced at the hands of our own police makes it harder for me to think outside the us on this one. Because i do think im better and thinking globally than the average American thanks to all the time I’ve spent on vp with you guys but on this issue you’re right I’ve got a very American knowledge set
