If you by "this one" mean this particular test, there's nothing special about it, other than that it has very elaborate descriptions. I have done millions of these tests from various different websites, with the same result.
the meyer test yea, i have gotten like 3 or 4 different answers through a couple years, i related to like 2-3 out of 4
The answers are so wide they could apply to a lot of people, that's why i don't really find the test usefull for anything but fun purposes and the memes 😬
