yeah, i find walking to have very few health benefits in general and doesn't do much really. i only walk if i want to have a sane mind, but the best things for ones health is to run (heard about a study that said this), and after that comes muscle training. but i prefer muscle training because fuck running + muscles aren't as easy to "lose" and shit. like, the sleeping and burning more calories-thing is very nice

maybe u can try to work out the back first, which involves arms a tad, and then move over to arms? working out the back is sooo nice these days since everyones back is shit basically

Running is horrible n also ig im developing asthma now so im just.. no goodbye running, n muscle training have the added benefit of making ur body look nicer even tho u don't lose any weight contrary to running which will just make u skinny pretty much so thats a plus

10/10 suggest a nutritionist tho like idk anything about health care there but they cant be too expensive and theyll def help with all the struggles of weight loss

nooo dont worry people who are in a healthy weight range go to all the time for help and you want to lose weight in a healthy way and cant seem to so thats like the perfect fit!! theyre there to help anyone not just overweight bodies

Also ig its the lack of muscle thats throwing me off n not the weight, im pretty sure I just look overweight since pretty much all my weight is just fat, skinny fat, aint it like that
