Running is horrible n also ig im developing asthma now so im just.. no goodbye running, n muscle training have the added benefit of making ur body look nicer even tho u don't lose any weight contrary to running which will just make u skinny pretty much so thats a plus

if i am in great shape i might warm up for like 8 minutes by running but that's it man
