it's kinda time consuming yes, cuz the meat has to be salted, smoked (optional), dried and then watered out over night so you dont die from the salt and steam cooked for a few hours. but the first two steps are usually done already when you buy it so it's not that complicated

I thought finding the baby meant
getting pregnant so I had a tiny slice lol
but it’s a Mexican tradition
and whomever finds the baby

which is (usually) shrimp n fish + peas n carrots and hard boiled eggs in aspic
i like it on sliced bread

me trying to find a picture that makes it look the most appetizing but there really is none... its not one for looks
