They do get therapy and do work with specialist if they choose to transition into their identity but it is completely valid for a trans person to not want to transition but still be refereed to as their preferred gender

I'm sorry, I'm just not capable of understanding this new tendencies  All I understood is that people somehow can identify with a mental health issue (Talking about the sexual dysphoria) and that there are people who prefer using two pronouns ?

No don't worry it's my fault and It's not a mental health issue really the mental health is a side effect more like but yea people can have different pronouns and express themselves beyond the classic idea of gender roles and concepts
