It might have been that it got kinda squished when I had to move it from the bowl to the pot to bake, imma try to be more careful next time n also proof it less hmm

I don't think it's overproofed cause it has a nice crust, One person suggested to turn down the oven half way through cooking to cook it all the way through

I don't think it's overproofed cause it has a nice crust, One person suggested to turn down the oven half way through cooking to cook it all the way through
It is evenly cooked tho, I can try to cook it from room temp tho cus now I cooked it from fridge temp
