I don't think it's overproofed cause it has a nice crust, One person suggested to turn down the oven half way through cooking to cook it all the way through
It is evenly cooked tho, I can try to cook it from room temp tho cus now I cooked it from fridge temp

nobody likes my bread cus they don't like sourdough lolbut das fine tbh cus now I can eat it in like a couple of days, while if I make foccacia or smth they eat it in like 5 minutes  im gonna bring my starter to my dads tho so I can make bread there cus i think he n my stepmom likes it better idk they r more invested at least

yeah but my mom said she liked the texture at least so thats good, most of them just don't like the sour I guess
I think one of my sisters haven't tasted yet tho so hopefully she likes it lol

but yeah pÄlegg made it better
also, it has a rlly nice texture even tho its not very bib bubbly tho? like I know some ppl that make bread n it feels like its gonna fall apart when u eat it but this don't
