also, it has a rlly nice texture even tho its not very bib bubbly tho? like I know some ppl that make bread n it feels like its gonna fall apart when u eat it but this don't
Ye mine didn't turn up very bubly either but they still had good consistency and flavour. The taste is because of the starter and you need it to rise so I think maybe either add an extra flavour to the bread could be an alternative or like... just do a regular bread if they didn't like the taste. Fine flour also have less taste than rye? Sammalt, etc.

yeahh I found recipes with less startr tho so im just gonna try n see, it will probably have to proof longer tho. Also bruh im too lazy to make regular bread now when I have spent so long on the starter lmao so hopefully my dad likes
