well honestly, no shame to YT but I'd remove that team because I honestly don't see what they're doing and it's a waste of skills, something has to be done differently because they are incredibly invisible and their purpose, as with SMT is to promote the website on different platforms and I can't see how that's achieved if no one sees what they do. 

i'd personally rewrite every single rule on vp because it's shit, the rules are horrible. the rules, all of them, would have to be enforced. if it's needed i would make, you know those things teachers grade texts based on? i'd make those if the nuances of things are too difficult for mods and others to understand, i did spend 10 hours making those things for myself when i was going to judge the bt applications in february or something, to ensure that the judgement is as fair as humanly possible. 

the third thing would be to get games that will work after the browsers stop supporting flash, no point in having something petty kill the website.
