This is a weird way to think abt it cus ofc if there is no evidence, they r gonna have to be let go, no matter if YOU know that they raped u or not. Its a hrd thing to prove for sure but doesn't mean they shouldn't be let go, no matter the case, honestly

I know u won't, but I know that if we started giving ppl fines/prison sentences for rape purely based on one persons testimony, I would not like to live in that society lol. The principle of how the legal system should work is more important to me than putting EVERY guilty person away (including lots of ppl who r not guilty of anything wrong)
