I also have a less than reliable, sagging roof that my landlords won't fix because it ain't leaking and their good ole' boy contractors said "nah, looks good!"
If it collapses I'll just sue their asses tho, I have insurance.

Like, my buddy literally lives TWO MILES from me, TWO miles, on a warm day, I could walk to his house and enjoy the stroll - if it snows, he can't even get out because spitting distance from my house, they've cut out of city limits (on purpose but thats a whole political thing)

i dont like that my underpants end up getting wet when i play in the snow. its just not comfortable to play in teh sno and end up with wet underpants.
