kurator sounds like the person who helps you through things in school, at least in finland that's the case, which is like... not the best option since not an actual professional psychology person but more a helper in school stuff.  here u need a referral from a doctor (can be any kinda doctor) to get into the more advanced therapy - you can get one from hÀlsovÄrdscentral
