She isn't allowed to visit nor is she allowed to call them on the phone 

She didnt leave in a responsible fashion but they're just screwing with the residents now. She isnt a safety threat. It is their home and they should have the right to accept visitors and calls. The manager is being a control freak because shes bitter. 

It's not fair. They're crying because they have attachment issues and miss her. You're fucking them over more than you are our former staff at this point. 

When I decide to transfer, are they gonna pull the same shit on me? They better not cuz these are my babies and if you want people to stay maybe quit being a shitty manager.
