cuz here the guidelines for fabric masks are like... disinfect hands before touching mask, remove mask and put it in a sealed plastic bag for used masks, disinfect hands again, then when u need to put a mask on you get a new fabric mask from a sealed plastic bag of your clean masks. disinfect hands before touching it and put it on. every time you take the mask off you have to put on a new mask bc they're "contaminated" after you've worn them, and obviously any time have to you touch it you should disinfect or wash hands before and after

are the guidelines over there different?? or do people just not care? what is the deal here

I just had to do a training for the concert series with a fucking retired cop on how to de-escalate someone who is becoming aggressive over being asked to wear a mask...

yeah I feel like people a tiny bit closer to DC than I am probably wear them but in my town and the neighboring yeehaw-ish towns, masks are a rare sight
