Oh I meant insurance not covering floods

but yeah weather is just getting worse and will continue to do so

I mean, the concept of a hurricane party sounds silly, but is actually somewhat genius and rooted in survival instincts.
Like, it's smart for folks who like each other to pick the safest house and all go there - so hurricane parties seem natural
