OOoo crossing my fingers for u im kinda just applying for whatever, not really expecting it to lead anywhere cause getting a job in this city is super hard atm but i just applied for a job at a beauty/skincare store which sounds kinda fun so yes i hope i get it

Not me! Especially if you have credentials/experience Know your worth 🤷🏾♀️
i just know what my last hourly rate was
The job that you’re applying for, is it in the same field as what you do now? if so, that’s experience! Were you responsible for training others? If so, that’s potential to possibly be hired at a higher rate of pay or the opportunity for a position higher than what you’re applying for.

OH YEAH and google "[job title here] salary" bc then you can find the avg salary and then respond. BUT I AGREE JOBS SHOULD LIST THE PAY LIKE IM NOT HERE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE WE BOTH KNOW THIS
simplyniseyy wrote: I hate that question on applications. I either look up what the avg pay for that job is or I put “negotiable”. Usually when i use to apply for jobs they just said on the application how much they pay.
