as what you do now?Ā 
if so, thatā€™s experience! Were you responsible for training others? If so, thatā€™s potential to possibly be hired at a higher rate of pay or the opportunity for a position higher than what youā€™re applying for.

OH YEAH and google "[job title here] salary" bc then you can find the avg salary and then respond. BUT I AGREE JOBS SHOULD LIST THE PAY LIKE IM NOT HERE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE WE BOTH KNOW THISĀ
