OOoo crossing my fingers for u im kinda just applying for whatever, not really expecting it to lead anywhere cause getting a job in this city is super hard atm but i just applied for a job at a beauty/skincare store which sounds kinda fun so yes i hope i get it

Not me!Ā Especially if you have credentials/experienceĀ Know your worth š¤·š¾āāļø
i just know what my last hourly rate wasĀ
The job that youāre applying for, is it in the same fieldĀ as what you do now?Ā if so, thatās experience! Were you responsible for training others? If so, thatās potential to possibly be hired at a higher rate of pay or the opportunity for a position higher than what youāre applying for.

OH YEAH and google "[job title here] salary" bc then you can find the avg salary and then respond. BUT I AGREE JOBS SHOULD LIST THE PAY LIKE IM NOT HERE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE WE BOTH KNOW THISĀ
simplyniseyy wrote: I hate that question on applications. I either look up what the avg pay for that job is or I put ānegotiableā. Usually when i use to apply for jobs they just said on the application how much they pay.
