Like honestly, primary care tends to be super dismissive because they don't understand it. If you can get into a psych you'll have much better luck.
yea it was my psych doctor i spoke to who ive been seeing since i was a teenager and always had a fine realltionship with. which is like extra fucked up than having a primary dismiss this. 
I'm not sure how to approach that other than getting the screening through someone who specializes and taking in the report.

yea im like stuck at that part because its hard to get my shit together and call a new doctors office lmfao i finally managed to do it last week and the person i called was on vacation lmfao

Well it's the best one out there lol - but it's still under patent in the US, so there is no generic version.

I would say my speedy thoughts and internal monologue haven't quieted as much as I'd hoped, but they are more friendly and kind.
My anxiety and how I deal with stressful situations has also improved, yesterday I handled a situation that would have sent me over the edge really well.
