Idk if its diarrhea it can go fast, like food poisoning, but I think its mostly that it loosens up the stuff already inthere or smth, not necessarily the stuff in your stomach going all the way though

this is the most likely reason, if she doesnt have a varied diet and she ate a lot of your lentil soup, bc lentils are filled with fiber lol its like taking those husk pills
she shouldnt be mad though she should be grateful, its good for her

She is picky meaning she doesn't like the taste/ thinks it tastes good.

She is a cook so she has a professional basis to be picky but still.

that is very much like it probably
most people don't eat enough fibre in industrialised countries and it freaks them out when they start to because they go to the loo so much more
