And like ????? I don't know I can deal with shitty treatment in a relationship if one party is really pissed 
but hitting???

This just makes me feel weird about the future... like maybe I'll piss him off someday and he'll hit me?
I don't know him that well...

What a scary thing to drop... makes me question the whole thing rn

We talked some more and I got him to say that if he had a daughter and someone hit her he would probably kill that guy so at least he knows how wrong it is I guess

I mean my first (long term) relationship was with another older guy, eventhough he was just 16 years older and it was pretty much bad all around but while I'm not in a relationship with this current man yet I'm scared I'll get trapped in a circle of the same thing happening over and over again
