I do like documentaries but when it comes to heavy topics such a suicide or mental health in general I get super emotional (as always)
I think I prefer reality tv over documentaries thoĀ
Although, I like to watch true crime documentaries when Iā€™m not feeling anxious theyā€™re the best aaaah
This made no sense whatsoever but the conclusion is: documentaries are ok sometimes but not my fave šŸ‘
Hmm yea i think i get you on this one
true crime seems like it might be a bit much for me especially on really vulgar or hard cases
reality tv for life

I suggest to check DR, if you ever wanna watch free documentaries. They might still have some.

Iā€™m watching Helveten - Historien om Norsk Black Metal at the moment
I havenā€™t seen any documentaries on ages
so far iā€™m very into this, interesting subject naturally and itā€™s mainly interviews, no re-enacted shit

It never gets easier, hence why i haven't even ventured into true crime in some time, nor is planning too. It honestly actually can take a toll on you, because you get paranoid and feel bad for the victims.

Yeah i canā€™t and I donā€™t think its v healthy to watch true crime all the time, but sometimes itā€™s nice esp if you like mysteries
Iā€™ve seen and read stuff that I should have skipped and now regret but I canā€™t erase my memory
However from a psychological point of view they are very interesting especially if you can get ur hands on the interrogation part of the investigation

You really should watch the vanashing though. It's really interesting and it's really hard to tell what actually happened with that girl.Ā

Despite others liking unsolved crimes, i got to be honest. I like the solved the best. They usually also has the information on what was actually done. Besides it's reassuring to know that the killer is caught and the family can have a sense of peace.
I have always looked away or skipped anything that i didn't want to see.
