Honestly, for me when reading through the apps what I focus most on with that kind of questions is the thought process behind the answer. So like, why would you do the things just as much as the how. And that could very much be a variation of "I would discuss it with the team", that is a completely valid part of an answer

It honestly vary a lot. Unlike the writing teams where you have to write one article a month in a very structured way, in SMT it's a bit more spread out. Each page ahs to host an event each month, where all three page managers collab with finding and coding prizes, making the forum, answering question, collecting entries, collecting votes and announcing winners. That part takes a bit of time but like most of it you can just do whenever it fits your schedule. Then during the month, you have to post things on your media page like new HoF prizes, the DM sets and that kind of thing. That usually only takes a few minutes and it is normally whoever sees it first that post it. 

I am not as sure about the layouters as I am not one myself, but there is a schedule for roughly when your layout should be made so you know in advance what and when you should do it. We have tried splitting it so every layouter has to make about the same amount of layouts every month, so a lot depends on how much it takes the layouter individually to make a layout. 

Then of course we have some season events where everyone collaborates with planning and executing it, so that goes on top of the 'usual stuff'.

There's no "correct" size, per say, but I think that's what IG recommends and we all just started using it haha. As long as it's square it's fine! But for the layouts for the applications it doesn't matter if it's the correct formatting etc, as it's just to see your talent! 🥰 In the bootcamp or if you make the team, it will be more requirements.
