What kind of safe measures have you implemented so this doesn't happen again? Have you only slapped a big band-aid of "send an application to ET and get hired" on the general critique of lack of activity here, or have you done any actual changes behind the scenes in the... 5 days ??? since the complaints got extra loud.

There has been SO much critique before but only now we're heard?
Why other complaints and pushes in the past fell on deaf ears, what will you do now going forward and wtf is a competitive pay lol?????

I get Clavicle being there still as she does admin work, as well as a need to have at least 1 person that would be able to teach and train the other ones to come but what the fuck the mods do to deserve to stay there?

They did nothing on the ET team for months, and bare mod activity, I can say that being in a team with people that do nothing makes you do nothing as well

We had people the last few days organizing stuff, why not ask them to join? the community loves them and they are active loved members that could do good to the community and newcomers

It makes me think back to other times we were complaining about numerous things, offering clear solutions and ideas that would work wonderfully, hell we even got actual people with knowledge in said fields that we complained about (marketing for example) ,
and nothing. absolutely nothing.

The more the community won't be heard the worse the state of this place will be until the only ones to remain will only watch this ship sink as there won't be enough funds to host the servers for this website.

You're not being rude at all in my opinion, you're stating what seems to be obvious and real for us all but not for the people that should hear it and see it, what you write makes total sense and it is valid to say it out loud

Idk what competitive pay is either (and don't rly care)

But I don't want to send any kind of application unless I know if anything has happened behind the scenes. I want a minimum requirement for activity from ET members (and team members in general ??) and maybe some kind scheduling or something too, so people can be away/busy without VP suffering because of it. I don't mind any kind of responsibility, but I want to know there is a team behind it too and that it's possible to say "sorry, but the next two months I'll be busy and can't do as much" without everything falling apart like it's done this time aorund.

Activity doesn't have to be a daily requirement, but I think being online once weekly would be a minimum and not having people in a team who last logged in in January.
