I will take the opportunity to react here as well so that people know and are more aware of this -
The situation that we have going on right now is NOT permanent, change is coming and it is coming soon, we just sadly have to follow the current rules that we have right now before that happens.

The length of the boot camp is 2 weeks, after that, we plan on reworking the rules according to our demographic here, to fit VP better.

Now to your question
The entire point of the boot camp is so that people learn the roles and settle into them, one of the ways to do so is by indeed discussing things and talking with one another to work as a team, even after the boot camp will be done, there would still be situations where such talks would still happen.
After boot camp mods would be able to do things more so by themselves.

I know i personally at least dont care that much about threads being moved, though general discussion threads being moved from general even if theyre loosely related to vp/mention vp in op i think will mean its seen less since most people are lurking on general for day to day chatter (as opposed to like direct questions about the game or buy n sell n stuff like that that feel more warranted to move without much consideration imo). so yeah i would not really care about being messaged about it cos its not that bif of a deal, tho i suppose that makes it easier to give a chance to disagree if it feels unwarrented...

For me personally the quick moving things just felt like a case example of of micromanaging/nit picky modding for the sake of it, which made me a bit worried about like critical thinking from mod theme, but i think the reflection n recognition eases that worry for me a bit....

but yah this is just my opinion on them oving of thread stuff others might feel differently n like a message

i understand theres a learning curve n might have been an honest mistake, so i dont wanna be all YOU ITS YOUR FAULT. But in the like, least mean way possible, it does worry me if parts of the mod team end up being people who cant tell a thread about venting frustration about the medical system apart from a post about sex because it had the word laid in it...

and n not hearing any of you rly mention that situation or that kind of situation yet feels either a bit dismissive, or like enough of you thought that thread was explicit that u cant agree on what should be said about it. Which again, makes we worry about how things will be ruled in the future, rule changes or not.
