On July 20th, 1969, just forty five years ago, man first landed on the moon. The Apollo 11 was the technological hallmark that allowed mankind to take those first precious steps on the moon. American astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men on the moon with Neil Armstrong famously quoting that this accomplishment was "one small step for [a] man, one giant leap for mankind."
To recognize the 45th anniversary of this historic achievement, the Event Team is hosting a space-themed competition titled Draw a Cool Alien. We hope all of you have a very happy Moon Day!
