Vampire History and Culture (by Account deleted)

About everyone in our world thinks that vampires are fake mythological folktales and super humans. But, we really do not know. There are cultures who believe in vampires and other mythical beings. All though we do not have actual facts about these supernatural beings some of us believe in them. We may never know if they are real or not. What do you think?

A vampire is a mythological being with supernatural powers (every culture has their own interpretation of a vampire, whether or not they have super powers, details vary in all cultures). Vampires are in various fiction books and movies along with short stories and plays. They are a big controversy (as if they exist or not). The earliest vampire legends were originated from the Southeastern countries (such as China, Tibet, and India).

In India, there is a vampire legend or story that is made around the goddess Kali. She has fangs, four legs, and she also wears a necklace of skulls. The goddess Durga and her had battled against the demon named Raktabija (who had many different special abilities, such as reproducing, and not dying).  Kali had beaten him in the battle by drinking blood on the battle field. This made him lose all of his special abilities. This legend has not been proven true, but many different people believe in it.

The most known vampire would be the traditional Romanian vampire (this vampire is known around the world and especially in different continents). Many myths use this vampire in there mythical folktales. There are two different types of this vampire. The first is called strigoi vii, which were witches who were alive and who were able to send their souls from their bodies to meet witches in another life, after that they would rise to become vampires after they die. The second type of the Romanian vampire is or was a human when they were alive and after they died they became a vampire. These two types of the Romanian vampire are very different.

There are many more vampires that are mentioned in the mythical folktales written in our world. All of the stories are mythical. There are some people who have written them that do say they are true, but how do we know? That is why, we will never know. This legend of vampires will live on forever, no one will ever forget it.
