Well it is like a competition in the forum held by the Competition Team, if you've one their Quizz (10-15 People can win, kinda) they will then randomly select one(or more) people to get the Code for the Outfit :3
We always get the CT Outfits from the EN Server (for example the Zodiac ones) as a LE Code, which gets posted in the Shouts or Miranda opens an Forum. No clue what happens to our Competition Outfits on the others server though :c
