Ok its rising a bit, just not as much as the last one I made, tho I will see with the second loaf if sitting on the counter makes it better (or worse)

The olive one is like gummy tbh, the other one is better cus The olive one was out on the bench while the first one cooked, so the first one didn't get as overproofed
