This is my new bi-weekly newspaper style article where I will cover basic news that has been happening around the VP community and outside world. I had a lot of fun planning and writing this, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Also a HUGE shout out to my awesome layouter BaileyyRosee!! Also a shout out to Maija who helped to inspire the name!
VP App?
As many of you know, it was announced that VP would finally be getting a mobile app! I think this is great, but I can't help but have a few concerns and questions. First of all, will the chat system completely replace the mail system? I feel like messages are going to be easier to overlook and ignore if that is the case. I would hope both systems of communicating will remain. Secondly, with the release of the app, the site will probably see an increase in the number of people online, but can the server really handle it? We have seen the site run very slowly when more than 300 people are online (especially during the Halloween event). I hope the servers can be upgraded to allow more players to enjoy the experience without having to worry so much about lag.
New BT Members
It's nice to see blog team up and running again, and with some new members! After a few struggles with some of their members leaving, the team has added two new members! Please help me in welcoming September and Creeper to the team! We all look forward to seeing what you guys have to say. I sat down with September for a quick interview. How did you become a member? I became a member because people quit for different reasons. DEAR deleted her account, and I was second in the poll. Also because I made some blogs every week so they decided I could be one ^-^ How does it feel to be a part of the BT? It feels good, but a bit confusing Do you have any plans for blogs you will do? Yes! ATM I'm planning a No Shave November article!

Speaking of teams, looks like the Forum Team is making a comeback! With Scoff and TheWayfaringStranger taking over, I'm excited to see what they will have in store for us. Keep an eye out, because applications will be coming soon! I personally think this is the right approach for them. I hope they can find some good active members who will share in the work. I would also like to take this time to thank the teams and designers who helped make the 13 days of Halloween a success. A lot of time and effort was put into it, and you all did a wonderful job. Now let's take a nice deserved break before Christmas starts!
