Yes, you read that right! New SMT Members... The Social Media team is looking for fresh meat to expand our team. We are looking to grow our team with active, initiative taking, communicable and creative members and we have the following positions available: • Facebook Manager • Instagram Manager • Tumblr Manager • Twitter Manager • Layouter
With the expansion of our team we aim to make a few changes to our team as well, but as for now, we will keep those changes a secret.
The amount of fresh meat we will take into our team depends on the performances of those qualified for the positions and make it into the SMT boot camp based on their applications. After the boot camp, a trial period of three months for those who made it into the Social Media team will start.

Boot Camp
The SMT created two record labels that will serve as a boot camp. One boot camp will be mentored by Mice and Krystle, and another boot camp will be mentored by Ceylin. The main goal of the two boot camps is to teach what you have to do as an SMT member and make the SMT boot campers experience what it feels like to be an SMT member.
The boot camps are not in a competition, the members that will make it into the trial period will be chosen from both teams, and you will be judged on aspects such as communication, initiative, creativity, contribution, etc. The boot camp will also give the current SMT members a better view on who is more qualified. We can all write an application, but if we really possess the competence to be part of the team is another question.
After the boot camp, the members deemed to be qualified for the positions will receive a badge. These members will be in a trial period of three months. After three months all members will vote whether they think the members in trial period should become permanent members or if their badge should be removed. More details about the trial period will be provided once you make it into the SMT as a trial period member.

You've all may have possibly noticed the drop of inactivity from the News Team and that's due to a range of reasons such as busy schedules and loss of members. But we're here to tell you that we're going to fix that! But to fix that we're going to need your help. To help, all you need to do is apply!
