It’s been 7 years since the last Hunger Games movie, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2”, but now the games are finally back. In 2023 the new Hunger Games movie called “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” will finally be done and premier. In this article we will talk a bit about the plot of the movie and the cast, so if you don’t want to risk to read any spoilers then maybe skip this article!

The main character of this movie is Coriolanus Snow as a young boy. This story took place 64 years before the Hunger Games story about Katniss Everdeen that we know, at this time Snow is a young student at the Panem’s Academy. The war against the Capitol happened 10 years ago and the Hunger Games has been created as a way for the Capitol to punish the 12 districts for the war they started against the Capitol. Snow is choosen to be one of the mentors for one of the 24 tributes, he is assigned to be the mentor for a girl from District 12. Snow is first worried when he gets the girl from the poorest district because Snow really wants to win to be able to gain a good reputation and fame on his currently, very poor, family that got hit hard financly when the war broke out. Will the girl from the 12th District win? Will Snow gain the good reputation and fame he desires? We will have to wait to next year to find out OR you can read the book, with the same name, to find the answer.
